Personal Development Coach

Danielle Nastov is a Strategic Mindset Coach and Psychotherapist with a distinctive background in business consulting and leadership. With over 13 years of experience—including a senior role as Director of Business Development for a national accounting partner network—Danielle bridges the gap between strategic business insight and personal transformation.

Her shift from finance to mindset coaching was inspired by personal experiences that underscored the vital role of psychological well-being in the success of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Professionally trained as a Tax Agent and Financial Adviser, Danielle also holds qualifications in Strategic Coaching, Breathwork, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Strategic Psychotherapy, and a Master Practitioner certification in NLP.

Service & Delivery Coach

Ashlea Grimley brings over a decade of experience in the disability sector, underpinned by a Diploma in Disability, a Bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services, and a Master’s in Social Work. Having begun her career prior to the rollout of the NDIS, Ashlea has been at the forefront of Support Coordination since its inception—adapting alongside the evolving landscape.

Ashlea collaborates closely with a wide network of providers, DCJ, and NSW Health to ensure individuals achieve their goals and experience life with as few barriers as possible. She is a proud member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and is highly regarded for her compassionate, outcomes-focused approach.
